Job summary

Hammonds Lane Center in Brooklyn Park, MD is seeking part-time Geriatric Nursing Assistants to join our care team. You will work with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care and support patient comfort while achieving positive outcomes.

Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification is required. We offer flexible hours, on-site benefits, and access to an On-Demand Pay Program for earned wages.

• Experience in geriatric care is a plus but not required for all shifts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan.
