Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Specialist for part-time shifts. The role covers dispatch, access control, alarm and surveillance monitoring, and coordination with law enforcement as needed. The position supports a 24/7 operation with 3p-11p and fill-in shifts, 20 hours per week, benefits eligible.

Must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Proficiency in MS Office required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Prior public safety, military, or security officer experience is preferred.
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch, monitor alarms and surveillance; review threat reports and assist security operations.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and communicate with law enforcement as needed.
• Manage access control and door systems; report issues and escalate risks.
• Prepare activity logs and reports; maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams; operate EMS and security software per procedures.
