Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Rosenberg, TX. You will support packaging and distribution operations, including monitoring label/print machines, operating an auto case erector, and loading trailers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires lifting 15–50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working on weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment with temperature and noise hazards. Training is provided, with equal employment opportunities stated.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor label/print machines to prevent jams.
• Operate auto case erector (ACE).
• Empty Carton Recycle, organize cartons and return usable cartons to the GES system.
• Ensure proper cart handling and storage in warehouse and trailers.
• Pick product according to orders using required technology.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

Job description

Location: 3310 Hwy 36 N, Rosenberg, TX, 77471-9716

Pay: $24.28 per hour

Schedule: 5 non-consecutive and including weekend work days. For example: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday to Friday (Tuesday and Saturday Off). Actual schedule will be assigned once background is completed and based on current needs.

3:50 AM - 12:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
• Operate automated warehouse equipment and use technology to pick and load beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, keeping orders accurate and shipments on schedule for communities.

What You'll Do

• Monitor label/print machines to ensure no jams
• Operate auto case erector (ACE)
• Empty Carton Recycle, which requires organizing cartons and putting usable cartons back into the GES system
• Ensure proper cart handling and storage throughout the warehouse and within trailers
• Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory
• Complete general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (for example: sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash)
