Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a team member in San Antonio, TX to load/unload pallets, operate a forklift after training, and support a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle cases, use order technology, and maintain sanitation throughout the shift.

This full-time role requires lifting 15–50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working weekends/holidays in a temperature‑controlled setting. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays and off shifts.
• Capable of lifting 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must climb, bend, reach, stoop and stretch as needed.
• Ability to repeatedly lift/carry/push/pull product.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Comfortable in a plant environment with extreme temps, humidity and loud equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets/callets to and from trailers.
• Select appropriate cases by order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on trailer floor.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

Location: 6707 I-10 East Building 1, San Antonio, TX, 78244

Quick Look Pay: $24.57 per hour

Schedule: Sunday, Thursday, Friday, 5AM - 1:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
