Job summary

Access Healthcare Associates (AHA) seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to support geriatric behavioral health in assisted living and senior living communities across Ventura County and Los Angeles. This role combines psychiatric consultation, supervision, telemedicine, and periodic in-person rounding.

Qualifications

MD or DO with Psychiatry residency completed and California license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with geriatric focus preferred.
Experience with geriatrics, dementia care, memory care, or senior behavioral health is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical consultation and supervision for geriatric behavioral health cases.
Be available for urgent telemedicine consultations and provider guidance.
Participate in in-person rounding one day per week across partner communities.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support seniors.
Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
