Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for residents in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living.
• Collaborate with administration, nursing, attending physicians, and other providers to promote resident-centered care.
• Lead in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support credentialing processes and provider performance review as applicable.
• Ensure appropriate physician coverage and access to medical services.
