Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Geriatric sub-acute and assisted living knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and comply with regulations.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Document patient information and responses to care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and nursing protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide interventions.
