Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Cedar Grove, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join Arbor Glen Center. This role requires at least one year of provider experience and offers a base salary of $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with a no-cap incentive program to boost earnings.

The APR provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborates with the Center Leadership and Medical Director, and supports post-acute and long-term care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing or PA program with required licenses.
• Two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Current state licensure and applicable DEA registration for practicing state(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care plans.
• Deliver high-quality care with compassion and coordinate with other providers.
