AlignMed Partners is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Arbor Glen Center in Cedar Grove, NJ. The role requires 16–24 hours per week and focuses on delivering primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.

The position collaborates with the Center Leadership Team and Medical Director to maintain high standards of care. NP/PA credentials and geriatric experience are required, with competitive base pay and no-cap incentive options.

Qualifications

• NP must have MSN and be certified as an NP with Older Adult and/or Family focus.
• PA must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE, with state licensure and NCCPA.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals.
