Job summary

AlignMed Partners is hiring a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for Pennsburg Manor Center in Pennsburg, PA. The role requires 1+ year of provider experience and focuses on sub-acute and long-term care with no on-call or weekend requirements. Base pay is $58–$60 per hour plus a no-cap incentive program.

The provider will work on-site, collaborating with the Center Leadership Team and Medical staff to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing residents and improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license and NP certification.
• PA candidates: ARC-PA accredited program with PANCE and NCCPA certification.
• Geriatric experience preferred; licensure and DEA as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director and attending physicians.
• Support AlignMed Partners' mission through high-quality care and compassion.
