Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as therapeutic recreation assistant under Activities Director.
• Plan recreation programs based on individual needs and interests.
• Direct movement of residents to and from recreational areas.
• Maintain daily participation logs and schedules.
• Document residents’ progress and responses to programs.
