Job summary

Brandon Wilde in Brentwood is seeking a part-time Activity Partner to assist with planning and implementing recreational activities for senior residents. Qualifications

• Experience in social or recreational program for licensed health care setting preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word

Job Responsibilities

• Activity Partners serve as therapeutic recreations assistants under the Activities Director for skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility residents
• Review resident activity needs and plan recreation programs based on individual needs and resident interest, including music, art, discussion groups, re‑motivation therapy, sensory stimulation, and other special entertainment
• Directs movement of residents to and from recreational areas
• Prepares and maintains daily participation logs and schedules in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Maintains accurate documentation of residents’ progress and responses to programs

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking a part‑time Activity Partner to assist with overall planning implementation of various recreational activities designed to meet the needs of our health center senior residents. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5‑star, 66‑bed skilled nursing facility located on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood.
