Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate quality activity programs.
• Chart patient progress and behavior descriptively.
• Escort patients to and from activities.
• Visit patients unable to participate in groups.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with patient mobility during activities.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
