Job summary

The Sundance Mountain Resort is hiring a part-time General Store Merchandiser to support guest services in our flagship shop. Work 10AM-3:30PM or 3:30PM-8:00PM, 1–4 shifts weekly, weekends required.

Earn $16.00 per hour plus 1% commission, with non-exempt hourly status. Responsibilities include deep product knowledge, friendly guest interaction, accurate cash handling, stocking displays, assisting with online orders, and maintaining a clean store environment while sharing Sundance's land

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• POS system experience helpful.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and knowledge of products.
• Maintain clean and organized store displays.
• Greet guests and assess their needs.
• Assist guests with merchandise and answer questions.
• Handle cash and follow transaction procedures.
• Restock merchandise and support online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and displays throughout shifts.
• Share Sundance environmental initiatives when possible.
