Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Deli Clerk I for part-time, year-round positions in Alpine, Utah. The role requires greeting guests, managing orders, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Qualifications

• Minimum of six months related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items to educate guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries in a timely manner.
• Develop and enhance guest relations through personalized experiences.
• Take phone orders ensuring accuracy.
• Input orders into the Point-of-Sale computer.
• Maintain service standards when dealing with guest complaints.
• Perform basic math to manage till and transactions.
• Handle money in accordance with policies.
• Execute food and beverage service to meet Sundance standards.
• Uphold safety measures and health code standards.
• Keep market and dining areas clean and well-stocked.
• Perform daily opening and closing side work duties.
