Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least one year of building maintenance experience, basic knowledge of relevant equipment, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year of building maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to moderate weight.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas.
• Carry out entry-level preventative maintenance in guest suites and common areas.
• Repair and service mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment as needed.
