You’ll work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and room-care tasks, climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player who communicates clearly with leadership and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative maintenance across hotel facilities.
• Ability to complete maintenance work orders and repairs to maintain quality standards.
• Familiar with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool equipment and guest-room services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Complete maintenance work orders and repairs to maintain standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including guest room care.
• Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with routine and major repairs involving hotel equipment and systems.
• Work with equipment including HVAC systems, boilers, pool equipment, plumbing systems and fixtures, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, small appliances, hand and power tools.
