Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Gelato Production Specialist to join the TD Garden team in Boston, MA. This role involves preparing gelato, following recipes, and maintaining clean, organized workstations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

No experience or diploma is required, though experience with frozen dessert, dairy, or food manufacturing production is preferred. Benefits include weekly pay and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and directions.
• No experience or diploma required.
• Experience with frozen dessert, dairy, or food manufacturing production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus).

Responsabilités

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
