• Knowledge of effective instructional methods for adult learners.
• Knowledge of community needs within the Service Delivery Area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all lessons for the GED class.
• Prepare lessons aligned to CCRS standards and obtain instructional materials.
• Provide learner guidance to students.
• Evaluate students' ongoing progress toward goals.
• Analyze learners' needs through state-mandated assessments.
• Use techniques addressing individual learning styles.
• Allow for individual and group learning by various methods.
• Record attendance and client progress for all learners.
• Submit client data, attendance hours, and certificates monthly.
• Plan, organize, and participate in staff development and team conferences.
