Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Gardener to maintain The Eden Preserve at Winchester and other company properties. The role requires outdoor work, seasonal scheduling, and travel between Baltimore, MD and King William, VA. Tools are provided; compensation is hourly on a 1099 basis.

The ideal candidate has gardening experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently under varying weather and project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years gardening/landscaping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned service locations in Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned gardens, landscapes, and outdoor spaces.
• Plant, water, weed, prune, harvest, and perform seasonal maintenance.
• Support sustainable gardening practices and soil health.
• Travel between sites as required and report concerns to the supervisor.
