Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Part-Time Gardener to perform gardening, landscaping, and groundskeeping at The Eden Preserve at Winchester and other locations. The contractor will maintain outdoor spaces, support planting, irrigation, and seasonal care while traveling between sites as needed.

The role requires a driver’s license, reliability, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This is a 1099 engagement with no benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years of gardening, landscaping, horticulture, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide gardening, horticultural, landscaping, and groundskeeping services at The Eden Preserve at Winchester and other assigned locations.
• Maintain gardens, landscaped spaces, and outdoor areas; perform planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and harvest support.
• Travel between assigned service locations as required.
