Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Gardener to maintain gardens, landscapes and outdoor spaces at The Eden Preserve at Winchester and other locations. The role requires pruning, planting, soil prep, watering, and seasonal maintenance.

The contractor will travel between Winchester, Baltimore and King William areas, with mileage reimbursement provided. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. This is a 1099 contract; benefits are not included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years of gardening, landscaping, horticulture, farming, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Baltimore, Maryland; King William, Virginia; and other assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garden beds, lawns, walkways, landscaped areas, agricultural spaces, and planting areas.
• Plant, transplant, water, weed, mulch, fertilize, and maintain flowers, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, trees, and other plant materials.
• Prepare soil and garden beds for seasonal planting and cultivation.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and plants to support healthy growth and appearance.
• Travel to assigned service locations between Winchester, MD, VA as required.
