Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Support Technician to maintain and repair games and equipment in Austin, TX. You will assist guests, troubleshoot midway attractions, and help with merchandise areas while keeping the midway clean and inviting. The role supports a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends.

Face-to-face guest service, patience, and basic technical/electrical skills are valued; physical effort and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Technical or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of games, simulators, and technical equipment.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.
• Provide timely, accurate service and manage wait times while communicating with Guests and Team Members.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas; conduct inventory as needed.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway and tech room; support store maintenance as needed.
