Job summary

Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking a part-time Gaming Attendant to service guests, pay hand-pay jackpots, and perform minor repairs on HHR machines at Rosie’s Richmond.

The role requires excellent guest service and knowledge of gaming operations, with eligibility to obtain a racing license. Compensation is $11 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to engage in a fast-paced gaming floor environment.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication ability required.
• Guest service experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming operations, rules, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions and build relationships.
• Pay hand-pay jackpots and perform minor repairs on HHR machines.
• Maintain documentation and data entry with accuracy (jackpot slips, tax forms, guest forms).
• Ensure HHR machines operate properly and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory policies including Internal Controls and Responsible Gaming.
