Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Answer phones courteously and handle office tasks (fax, multi-line phone, etc.).
• Assist with visitations, funerals, memorials and related ceremonies as requested; greet families.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pick-ups; assist with transportation needs.
• Ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law; support staff during services and visitations.
