Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services and maintenance.
• Assists with dressing and handling remains as permitted by law.
• Performs office duties and handles multi-line phone system and other equipment.
• Run errands for supplies and deliveries and assist with visitations and services.
• Greet families and provide information; assist with transportation as needed.
