Guillaume Counseling Services, P.C. is seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support two entities in Oregon and California. Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and producing financial statements in a hybrid, mostly remote role with some in-person work in Portland.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, Xero expertise, and strong detail orientation. This part-time, W-2 position offers competitive hourly pay and growth potential.

Formación

• Two years of professional bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience with full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Ability to manage AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and financial classification.
• Payroll reconciliation experience and ability to coordinate with leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete and accurate books for Oregon and California entities.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions using Xero.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and ledgers monthly.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor records for both entities.
• Coordinate payroll reconciliations and related entries.
• Assist with year-end closing and internal controls.
