Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting information).
• 6 months using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification (required; obtain if not already).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or product fulfillment in home improvement retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment safely and maintain certification.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Perform administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and reporting of safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork to meet daily goals.
