Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a customer-focused associate to pick, stage, and fulfill orders in a fast-paced retail environment. You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates, while maintaining safety and organization on the floor.

The role requires forklift and related equipment certification (to be obtained if needed) and use of the Orders App for inventory accuracy, with teamwork and strong communication essential to daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck required; must obtain if not certified

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the right associates
• Operate and maintain forklift and other powered equipment safely and certify as needed
• Support inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS compliance, work with leadership to resolve short picks
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs
