Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
