Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Florence, Alabama seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, unloading trucks, maintaining merchandise levels, and providing friendly, professional service to customers, associates, and leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and be physically active.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
