Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise recovered.
• Receive merchandise and aid unloading trucks; replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and waste removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
