Job summary

Dollar Tree in Wetumpka, Alabama seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will help guests with questions, process transactions, and assist with stocking and merchandising.

Key duties include operating the register, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding safety and friendly, professional interactions with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean and presentable store environment.
