Job summary

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of musical instruments & pro audio gear, is looking for a talented and driven part-time Front of House for evenings and weekends at our Fort Wayne campus. This role extends our Concierge team and is key to delivering unmatched hospitality in the diners and break rooms.

You will assist customers with menu questions, keep areas tidy, monitor grab-and-go inventory, and coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with questions about the menu or cash payments.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness in diners and break areas.
• Monitoring all grab-and-go inventory in both diners and break rooms.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and product vendors for inventory needs.
• Brewing coffee and restocking beverages in diner and break areas.
