Job summary

Sweetwater is seeking a self-motivated Maintenance team member to keep our facilities clean and well-presented as part of the 1st shift. The role focuses on offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and public spaces, with routine cleaning and occasional light maintenance tasks.

Fort Wayne, IN relocation to our state-of-the-art campus is required. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, be adaptable, and able to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with light facilities tasks (hand tools, paint touch ups) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas and other public spaces.
• Operate floor scrubber and perform regular deep cleaning.
• Perform light maintenance with simple hand-tool repairs.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
