Job summary

Sweetwater, located in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a dedicated individual for a Maintenance role to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. This position operates on the 2nd Shift, requiring attention to detail and the ability to lift over 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, and team players are encouraged to apply!

2nd Shift Extended – 5 days a week (may include weekends), 6pm – 3am.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areas.
• Perform routine daily cleaning, including running a floor scrubber and scheduled deep cleaning as needed.
• Occasionally perform light facilities maintenance tasks such as simple repairs using hand tools.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with light facilities tasks (minor repairs, paint touch‑ups, etc.) is a plus but not required.
