Job summary

Domino's in Carolina Beach, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR - Insider) to join Store Operations. You will take orders, greet customers quickly, build relationships, and assist with pizza making when needed.

This in-store role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth from CSR to management, along with training in food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent and positive attitude.
• Ability to take and process orders accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication to take orders.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over phone and in person.
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Keeping the customer area clean.
• Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
