Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Oak Island, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep (CSR - Insider). You will take orders, greet customers, and help ensure fast, friendly service in-store.

As a CSR you’ll support pizza making on the front line, build relationships with customers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. This role offers training and opportunities for advancement in a busy franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over phone and in person
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds
• Building relationships with customers
• Keeping the customer area clean
• Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
