Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at 5621 Carolina Beach Rd, Wilmington, NC to join our in-store team. This part-time position involves frontline customer care, taking orders, and supporting pizza preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be energetic, have a positive attitude, and be capable of handling monetary transactions accurately. Training and progression opportunities are available within the Domino’s network.

Qualifications

• EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude.
• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle money accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person.
