Team Cape Fear LLC TA Domino’s Pizza ® is seeking a CSR - Insider for in-store duties in a fast-paced Domino’s environment. You will handle in-person and phone orders, assist pizza production, and contribute to up-selling and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a clean, efficient store. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to take and process orders by phone and in person.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Making Domino's high quality pizzas.
• Food and portion control.
• Hygiene and food safety.
• Food preparation.
• Taking customer orders and up selling.
• General cleaning & organization duties.
• Taking orders over phone and in person.
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds.
• Building relationships with customers.
