Job summary

Domino’s in Wilmington, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to handle front-line customer care and order taking. You’ll greet customers, take phone and in-person orders, and support pizza making and delivery by ensuring accuracy and a positive store atmosphere.

You'll be part of Store Operations, reporting to the General Manager, with opportunities for growth as you develop food service skills, upsell customers, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic math for handling monetary changes.
• Ability to take and process orders via phone and in person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
