Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Pickerington, OH. The role supports daily store operations, helps with merchandising, and assists customers with friendly, professional service. You will be cross-trained to cover cash registers and front-end duties as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. This on-site role requires physical stamina and strong math and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, lifting, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protecting cash and company assets.
