Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a friendly store associate to bag items at checkout, restock bags, collect carts, and help maintain a clean front-end. You will support customers and ensure efficient bagging and trash disposal during shifts.

Responsibilities include restocking coolers, retrieving carts, and following safety regulations, with 4-hour minimum shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and consistent attendance across Pennsylvania stores.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prep for duties at shift start.
• Collect trash, take trash to compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean.
• Collect, stack, and push carts to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
