Job summary

The GIANT Company in Newtown Square, PA is hiring for a Store Associate role. Primary duties include bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, and retrieving carts from the parking lot while maintaining a clean front-end area.

You will vacuum the front-end, restock coolers, and collect trash as part of daily store operations. Additional responsibilities include shift preparation, adhering to PPE and safety requirements, and delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform duties at shift start.
• Collect trash, take trash to compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean, and sweep hourly.
• Collect and return carts to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
