Job summary

The GIANT Company in Philadelphia is seeking a store team member to assist customers by bagging items at checkout, restocking coolers and shelves, and maintaining a clean front-end area.

You will collect carts, support front-end operations, and contribute to a friendly, safe shopping environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to our customers and community.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, equipment and tools needed for the job.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must complete the introductory (probationary) period (30 or 60 days).
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• Must have and maintain required licenses, certificates, or permits for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Collect trash, transport to the compactor, and operate it.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep floors and work areas clean.
• Collect, stack, and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
