Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Unload customers' groceries from cart to belt and group items for easy bagging.
• Scan orders and handle the payment transaction per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds and error corrections and maintain cash control.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take their order to their car.
• Maintain a neat, clean front end area and report any issues to management.
