Qualifications

• Associates degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions.
• Transfer calls to appropriate associates when needed.
• Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently.
• Assist in general office duties and project work for Leadership team.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Demonstrate multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Complete basic mathematical equations.
