Job summary

Scheels is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Colorado Springs to greet customers, assess needs, and promote products and Scheels Visa. You will grow personal sales through engaged service and maintain visual merchandising across the floor.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of sales experience, flexibility to work varied hours Mon–Sat, including evenings and some Sundays, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Grow personal sales by hitting set goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on products purchased.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
