Zepf Center in Lucas County, Ohio, is hiring a part-time Receptionist to support the Medical Department. The role handles phone coverage, clerical duties, appointment scheduling, and records support in a mental health and substance use treatment environment.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork, with hours Monday-Wednesday 8:00am–12:00pm and Thursday 8:30am–4:30pm. Candidates should be able to type 50 wpm and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required and four years of work experience.
• OR an associate's degree and two years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated competence and experience in typing and work process (50 wpm).

Responsabilités

• Serves as receptionist for the agency.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update provider schedules.
• Performs office copying/duplicating (light), inter sorting, and other office related duties.
• Receives and distributes office mail, faxes and correspondence.
• Makes appointment reminder calls to clients.
• Will answer medical calls.
• Acts as back up for the main switchboard operator.
