Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Welcome Desk Security Officer in Charlotte, NC. You will greet employees and visitors at a financial institution, control access, monitor systems, and provide exceptional service while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a financial institution office location.
• Verify visitor credentials and issue passes.
• Receive and route calls and provide directions.
• Monitor lobby activity and alarms and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
